additional reports including Active Resident Report, Resident
Detail Report, and the Service Cost Report.

Do For You ?
ServiceTrack
simplifies the management of all resident service activities
that are performed. Instead of spending time adding up service
types, counting ADL statuses, or calculating percentages of
residents in certain age groups, let ServiceTrack do
it for you !
All calculations are taken care
of for you and you can spend time managing the numbers,
not crunching them. In addition, ServiceTrack
provides a convenient database to manage critical resident
information such as emergency contacts, insurance numbers, and
special medical needs, which will generate five standard
reports on demand. These reports are:
1.) Performance Report
- generates the Semi-Annual Performance Report required of
Service Coodinators .. this is the primary report generated by
ServiceTrack.
2.) Resident Detail
Report - prints out all of a resident's information,
as well as any of the services performed for that resident, in
one concise, easy-to-read format.
3.) Active Resident
Report - list all active residents in the sytem, as
well as address, phone, date of birth, and ADL status
information.
4.) Residents With No
Activity - lists all residents with no activity
within the last 12 months.
5.) Service Cost Report
- assigns cost values to the activities performed in order to
get a true picture of what the different services are costing
your organization.
One of the biggest advantages
of the software is that it is highly flexible. If your
group/organization would like an additional new report or
changes to existing reports, custom modifications can be made
to any area of the program depending on the needs of your
organization.
